Hi! I´m Morganne!
I am a holistic therapist and transformation coach with a passion for helping professional women master their healing journey after difficult relationship, life transitions and over performing. My goal as your holistic therapist and transformation coach is to cultivate confidence by healing emotional wounds from past negative experiences and give you the tools to heal and be authentically and unapologetically, YOU. With my extensive knowledge and experience in mental health, fitness and holistic wellness, I empower women to adopt a more holistic lifestyle for optimal healing.
My integrative approach to holistic mental health and wellness goes beyond traditional therapy to address the WHOLE person. I combine therapeutic techniques that enhance emotional awareness and healing while incorporating mindfulness, boundaries and communication skills, nutrition, health and overall well-being. I believe that true healing is rooted in a harmonious balance of the mind, body, and spirit.
I have been featured on A Date With Darkness Podcast with Dr. Natalie Jones as well as the House of ADHD podcast with Justin Gillespie, LCSW. My workshop: Holistic Mental Health: The Impact of Nutrition and Lifestyle Choice, has been presented to various mental health agencies and has been tailored to help individuals understand the importance of integrative mental health.
